- Assisting the Parts Manager with daily departmental responsibilities
- Supporting workshop operations and vehicle health checks
- Managing stock control, parts ordering, and inventory levels
- Receiving deliveries and processing returns efficiently
- Handling customer enquiries both via phone and face-to-face
- Ensuring all orders are processed accurately and in a timely manner
- Providing excellent customer service to workshop clients and retail customers
- Maintaining accurate records and adhering to dealership procedures as a Parts Advisor
- Previous experience as a Parts Advisor or in a similar automotive parts role within a main dealer environment
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Good knowledge of computer systems and stock management software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Customer-focused attitude with a professional approach
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
