Van Driver Opportunities – Days & Nights Available

Location: Trafford Park (M17)

Temp to Perm Opportunities

Gap Personnel are currently recruiting experienced Van Drivers for two separate clients based in Trafford Park.

We have both day shift and night shift opportunities available.

Both roles require previous experience driving 3.5T vans, a good knowledge of the local area, and a commitment to providing a reliable and professional service.

1. Night Van Driver

Shift Pattern:

• Sunday to Thursday nights
• 8:00pm – 4:30am
• Overtime available

Pay: £12.82 per hour

• Overtime paid at 1.5x hourly rate

Duties:

• Complete deliveries to depot locations including Leeds and Nottingham
• Transport cages of stock between sites
• Unload and reload stock efficiently
• Ensure deliveries are completed safely and on time

2. Multi-Drop Van Driver

Shift Pattern:

• 4 on / 4 off
• Weekly rotating shifts:
  • 07:00 – 18:00
  • 09:00 – 20:00

Pay: £12.71 per hour

Duties:

• Collect rental bikes across the Manchester area
• Return bikes to depot for servicing and repairs
• Complete multiple collections throughout the day
• Use handheld technology and vehicle tracking systems

Requirements

• Full UK Driving Licence
• Previous 3.5T van driving experience
• Maximum of 3 penalty points
• Good communication skills
• Reliable and flexible approach to work
• Comfortable using vehicle technology and handheld devices
• Ability to work independently and manage routes effectively

Training

Training will be provided, with initial induction taking place on day shifts where required.
