PSR are currently working with a leading contractor on a major project in Zone 1 London, and we are seeking an experienced Structural Alterations biased Project Manager to join on a day rate basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity to get involved in a complex, high-profile central London scheme, with long-term work and strong earning potential.



The Role

  • Reporting directly to the Contracts Manager
  • Managing a various structural alteration projects across Zone 1.
  • Overseeing packages including cut & carve, demolition, temporary works, steel installations, propping, and structural modifications
  • Supervising site teams and subcontractors, ensuring safe and efficient delivery
  • Maintaining high standards of health & safety on technically challenging works in a constrained Zone 1 environment


Requirements

  • Proven track record as a PM on structural alterations projects
  • Strong knowledge of temporary works, sequencing, and structural risk management
  • Experience working on central London / live environment / complex refurb schemes (highly desirable)
  • SMSTS or SSSTS - essential
  • CSCS Card - essential
  • First Aid at Work - desirable
  • Temporary works or plant tickets - advantageous
